Janet and David Thames come from a family of pharmacists. David’s father, William G. Thames, was an independent pharmacy owner from North Carolina, where he owned Professional Drug of Fayetteville, North Carolina for almost 20 years. Janet’s sister, Kimberly Bullins, has been a practicing pharmacist in North Carolina for over 30 years, and is who inspired her to become a pharmacist. In 2004, the opportunity to buy Blythewood Pharmacy became available to them, and they reached out to then owner J. Michael Ross. January 1st 2005 was their first business day for the new owners.
Blythewood Pharmacy began in 1981, and continues to be a strong, independent pharmacy for Blythewood, and the surrounding communities. We pride our success on putting our patient’s first. Our strong values of honesty, and integrity, are a foundation for our continued success in caring for our patients. Our purpose is to partner with our patients to keep them well.
